In the tea gardens of Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, China, Gekka is born, a ceremonial-grade matcha crafted in pursuit of finesse, purity, and balance.

Before harvest, the young tea leaves are carefully shaded from the sun. This period under shade preserves their vibrant green color while developing the richness of their character. Carefully picked, the leaves are then steamed to retain their freshness, prepared with precision, and slowly stone-ground into an exceptionally fine powder.
